Lunch – Balsamic Chicken Breast Salad

Dinner – Wholemeal Spaghetti w/veggie sauce

Snack – Apple, Pear

Tuesday

Breakfast – Avocado, Lime, Mountain Bread, Baby Roma Tomato, Scrambled Eggs w/ mushrooms

Lunch – Fresh Ham Salad

Dinner – Brown Rice, Chicken Breast, Snow Peas, Sweet Potato

Snack – Apple, Pear, Banana
